As a founding member of BA Folk, and one of the firm’s managing partners, Brice takes pride in the level of personal service provided to the firm’s clients.  Brice provides the same level of detailed, knowledgeable, and considerate advice, whether advising a large business on a potential investment opportunity or helping a new entrepreneur structure their new business in the most effective and efficient way. 

Brice’s practice is wide ranging and involves representing both individuals and businesses as they deal with almost all commercial areas.  Brice represents a number of real estate developers and investors, operating both locally and nationally, in almost every phase of the life of a piece of investment property.  Brice’s practice also focuses on business formation, tailoring each client’s internal legal structure to best fit their business practices.  Brice has also represented numerous individual business owners as they navigate the purchase or sale of their business interests. 

Brice has also helped a variety of clients with more contested issues, from spearheading negotiations of contentious contracts and business arrangements to representations in litigations in various state courts in North Carolina.  Even the most well drafted agreements sometimes require litigation to settle disputes, and Brice has found repeated success representing his clients in court when the need arises. 

Outside the Firm 

Outside of his substantial work with the firm, Brice lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife Celia and their four children.  An active volunteer with youth sports, most weekends you can find Brice at the little league fields engaging his passion for baseball and coaching.
